A Note From Deanna

Deanna grew up believing she was one of a million, not one in a million — just an average kid in an average town. She's since run a white-water rafting company in Colorado, earned a pilot's license to win over a man who wouldn't give her the time of day, and settled into life as a stepmother of seven. These days she writes from the coast of South Carolina, convinced that no life is really as plain vanilla as it looks.
